Take a moment to get to know us.
We believe in Discipleship! Jeremiah 1:5 tells us that God has created us with purpose, that we each have a calling.
Our goal and desire are to help each person who calls Sequim Valley Foursquare home to know that God has a calling for them,
to help them seek His voice on what it is and do everything we can do to help them operate in that calling.
We do this in various ways, but always in relationship.
We love people, we love Jesus, and we love introducing people to Jesus.
Lead Pastors
Interim Pastor Gino Grunberg & Mardel
After 45 years in full-time ministry—including three decades as the founding and lead pastor of Harbor Christian Center—Gino is technically “retired,” though his calendar hasn’t seemed to get the memo. He and his wife, Mardel, now serve as Area Pastors for the Peninsula, cheering on and supporting local leaders in their work.
Gino loves building connections, encouraging people, and finding joy in everyday conversations. When he’s not in a meeting or mentoring, you might find him on the golf course (trying to prove that ministry really does build patience) or enjoying time with his kids and grandkids.
Staff Pastors
Pastor Kim & Toby Bauer
Kim is a licensed Foursquare pastor and serves as our Associate Pastor. Serving in ministry since 2019, she loves developing leaders and encouraging others. Her heart is to see the generations working together to spread God’s message of truth and freedom. Toby serves on the tech team and is a fun person to get to know. Together, this couple loves people fiercely.
Pastor Tyler and Linda Conkle
Tyler is a licensed Foursquare pastor. He has many years of pastoring experience and serves as the Community Care Pastor here at sv4. Tyler’s heart for community, outreach, and unreached people is genuine. His willingness to serve others is an example. Linda, his wife for over 50 years, is a true gem! This couple mentors others and serves the community.
Lead Team
Pastor Travis & Pastor Lanita Shepherd
These two amazing Pastors have been serving the Lord in various ways for quite some time. Travis oversees Men’s Ministries, and Lanita is a teaching Pastor who also serves as office support. This sweet couple is knowledgeable and friendly!
Mickey and Elaine Denny
Mickey and Elaine serve as volunteer staff at sv4. They support in many ways that most do not see. We love their kind hearts and wisdom.
Kevin Greenlee
Kevin oversees our property here at sv4 among many other things. He’s kind and always willing to sit and listen.
Libby Waldren
Libby leads the kids’ ministry at SV4. Her passion for Jesus and healthy relationships runs deep. She is fun to get to know and is a prayer warrior! Serving this community in many ways, she brings FUN and thoughtful ideas into this ministry!
Teddy Rodriguez
Teddy has been working with NextGen in Yakima for some time. He is the Youth Director here at SV4. His hobbies include basketball and acquiring sweet new shoes. He is usually found studying scripture because he LOVES the WORD!
