Overview: “If you can’t take the heat, get out of the kitchen!” When the fires of life heat up, followers of Jesus don’t quit—we stand firm with bold faith, trusting Jesus! This 8 week series (Alternating: 4 Sermon Nights, 4 Small Group Nights) explores four stories of bold faith from people who trusted God even under pressure!
Week One: The Fiery Furnace
Main Scripture: Galatians 5:1; Daniel 3:8-25; Ephesians 6:10-17
Bottom Line: Bold faith stands firm.
Week Two: The Woman With the Issue of Blood
Main Scripture: Hebrews 11:6; Mark 5:25-34; Mark 9:24
Bottom Line: Bold faith believes.
Week Three: Queen Esther
Main Scripture: 2 Timothy 1:7; Esther 5:1-3; 2 Corinthians 5:6-7
Bottom Line: Bold faith takes risks.
Week Four: Stephen the Martyr
Main Scripture: Romans 12:1; Acts 7:54-60; Hebrews 12:2
Bottom Line: Bold faith is sacrificial.
SV4 Youth (6th–12th Grade)
SV4 Youth is where your Wednesdays come alive from 6–8pm! We are a community of middle school and high school students who gather to learn more about God, build real friendships, and have a ton of fun along the way.
Each night includes food, worship, games, and meaningful conversations where we laugh, ask big questions, and grow in our faith together. We also split into separate Middle School and High School groups so each can dive into what matters most for their stage of life.
We believe this generation is FULL of potential and ready to impact the world for God—right now! Come as you are, bring your friends, and be part of something you won’t want to miss.

MEET TEDDY
Teddy Rodriguez
Youth & Young Adults Director
Meet Teddy! He’s the Youth & Young Adults Director at SV4 and is all about helping students know Jesus, live boldly, and discover who God created them to be. Teddy came from Yakima, where he spent several years investing in NextGen ministry and watching students grow in their faith.
He’s a big basketball guy (played in college and still loves getting shots up), a self-proclaimed sneakerhead, and always on the hunt for his next favorite pair. If there’s coffee nearby, there’s a good chance Teddy is too—and he’s probably got Sour Patch Kids or snacks close by.
More than anything, Teddy loves God’s Word and is passionate about seeing students experience real hope and freedom in Jesus. His heart is to create a place where students feel known, challenged, and encouraged to step into everything God has for them.
